Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Clarification Text

Within the framework of our company's standard procedures, the main situations in which your personal data may be shared with natural and legal persons are as follows:

Your Rights Under KVKK
We remind you that you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed and to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with the purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request the notification of the correction to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legal provisions, and to request the notification of the deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems,
- To request the compensation of damages in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Application and Communication
You can submit your requests regarding the above-mentioned rights under the KVKK to our company, provided that your identity is verified, in writing and in accordance with the current regulations of the KVK Authority.
You can submit your applications to our company by filling out the "KVKK Application Form" available on our websites, by hand delivery, by mail, or via secure electronic signature from your registered email address to info@marwos.com.tr. Your application will be responded to within 30 days. To ensure a proper response to your application, your application must include your name, surname, TCKN (for foreigners, nationality, and passport number), address details to which we can send our response, and identity verification documents, the email address you use to apply must be previously registered in our systems if you are applying via email, and your request must be specified clearly, specifically, and understandably. The subject of the request must be related to you, or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized in this matter and must document your authority.
Consent given for receiving commercial electronic messages can be withdrawn at any time. You can submit your requests to withdraw your consent for receiving commercial electronic messages and your communication preferences through the methods specified in the relevant communication or through info@marwos.com.tr or through the Commercial Message Management System (IYS) platform within the framework of the relevant legislation.
